The year 2022 marks the 125th birth anniversary of Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose.

About the Event

  • To pay tribute to Netaji, his grand statue will be installed on his birth anniversary which is on the 23rd of January at India Gate. 
  • This statue is made up of granite and symbolizes his indebtedness towards nation building.  
  • Netaji’s birth anniversary is also regarded as the ‘Parakram Diwas’ devoted to the memory of the former commander of the erstwhile Indian National Army.
